Andrea Joy Cook
A.J. Cook is best known for her work as an actress from Canada. Canadian actress for her work in The Virgin Suicides (1998) and Final Destination 2(2003). Also, she played Jennifer "JJ" Jareau on the television drama Criminal Minds. Cook's television credits are Dead Like Me, Tru Calling, Higher Ground, Bluemoon, PSI Factor, Goosebumps, Elvis Meets Nixon, In His Father's Shoes, Laser Hawk and the film for television Island Heat. She's appeared on Blood Suckers II and The House Next Door. Cook was raised in Whitby by her father Mike who works as a teacher at school as well as her mother Sandra she is a psychiatrist. The other children were Angela, Nathan, and Paul. She was brought up as the daughter of a Mormon (or member) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Her dance, tap and jazz classes when she was a child. Following her participation in a variety of dance competitions, she only started acting at the age of 17 years old. Dirty Dancing with Patrick Swayze inspired her to be an actor. In August 2001, Cook was married to her long-time lover Nathan Andersen, whom she met in a film class in Utah Valley University. Mekhai Allan Andersen is the couple's son. Born in September of 2008. She is a resident of Los Angeles
